LGF Lionesses
LGF Lionesses is a group football training session available to girls in school years 2 to 11. If you already play in a team and want to improve your skills, this is for you. If you don't yet play in a team and want to learn the skills that will enable you to do so, this is also the session for you.
Training sessions are held weekly, run by our experienced and welcoming coaches, in groups and are aimed at giving the girls all of the key skills that they will need to progress to our LGF Development sessions.
The main focus of these sessions are technical skills on the ball, passing and movement skills and a range of physical skills such as speed and agility. Of course, a huge part of our LGF Lioness sessions is having FUN! So come along and start/continue your football journey with us.
LGF Academy
LGF Academy sessions are a step up in level, which you can be a part of by application or invitation. These sessions are aimed at ambitious girls that already play high level football and want to accelerate their game to the next level.
Sessions are run weekly by our experienced team of coaches aimed at giving girls with experience the tools that they'll need to really advance their Football skills set.
The sessions are in small groups and will focus on more advanced technical skills with the ball, tactical play and positioning, teamwork and matchplay. As always, our sessions will be FUN yet challenging and leave the kids looking forward to the next session.
LGF Cubs
LGF Cubs is a group football training session available to girls in school years Reception to year 3 (aged roughly 4-8 years old). These sessions are aimed at girls that are beginners or relatively new to football but are also great for girls that already play and want to have fun and continue to get better at football.
Training sessions are held weekly, run by our experienced and welcoming coaches, in groups and are aimed at giving the girls all of the key skills that they will need to progress to our Lionesses sessions.
The main focus of these sessions is FUN. We always strive to make our sessions action packed and full of fun to ensure everyone goes home wanting to come again next time.
Little Ballers
This is a ball skills session for girls and boys aged between 2-4 years old.
The session is indoor and based on astroturf which is ideally suited to the activity. Our specialist and experienced coaches provide fun and educational activities to aid your childs movement and coordination, as well as introducing games that will aid your childs social development.
Parents are invited to stay and are welcome to participate in activities wherever possible.
Holiday Clubs
Looking for something to do during the school holidays? This could be right up your street! LGF holiday clubs are where you and other like minded girls have the opportunity to go football crazy and indulge in hours on end of fun and games based around football.
Our experienced and professional coaches will ensure you have a great day and make lots of new friends as well as learning new skills.
